SPUNArk functions a little differently than your average ARK server. First there will never be any full wipe. We believe that long term progression is one of the things that makes ARK so exciting! Whether it is creating a long lasting dino breeding line or friendships and connections you may make along the way; we want to help facilitate a place for these types of interactions. Second, we are at our core a PVE server, but have plans to host PVP events, staged base raids and many more events hosted by our amazing team! All of which will have great rewards! general RUles

• No cryptic or inappropriate names.

• In Public/Global and Local chat english only.

• No spam, abusive capslock or advertisement in chats.

• We do not tolerate disrepect, hate speech or destructive critism.

• We do not allow any kind of xenophobic content! (homophobia, racism, sexism, …)

• Trying to harm the community in any kind, creating troubles and issues results in being banned.

• No Griefing! (This includes anything to harass or upset other Players on purpose use common sense here)

• Trade may only be conducted with in-game currency / barter. Real money or real things may not be offered or asked for!

• The abuse of bugs/exploits as well as the modification of the game client in any way to cheat is not permitted.

• Discovering of bugs/exploits is to be reported immediately to an admin.

• Instructions from the team are to be followed immediately. All team members can be identified by their rank in the Discord and/or the ingame chat.

• Pretending to be a member of the team without being part of it will result in a permanent ban.

• For reasons of fairness, we cannot refund losses due to game events, absence, crashes or bugs! The use of the mods offered is also at your own risk.

• Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself 😉

Base building rules

• Looting, stealing, blocking, interfering in battles or breeding with foreign Dinos without the other player’s consent is considered griefing.

• Structures and dinos without a tribe and/or outside of your BaseS will be deleted if reported or seen by staff.

• Do not build intentionally close to other players bases. TP bases etc will be considered on a case by case basis.

• Special zones (e.g. dungeon entrances, obelisks/city terminals, artefacts, explorer notes, etc.) may not be built on or blocked.

• Resource-rich areas (e.g. metal farm spots) and dinospawns should not be blocked. The team reserves the right to set another banned zone (where you cannot build) at any time, even if you have already built there. We will give ample warning if you need to move. we have never had to ask, dont be the first.

• Temporary/unused structures (e.g. Campfire, Tamingcages) are to be removed/picked up as soon as possible. public use taming pens can remain if they are well built, and unlocked for public use.
